MoMA — SOPHIE TAEUBER-ARP
Shilstone designed and produced two accompanying animations for The Museum of Modern Art exhibit featuring artist Sophie Teauber-Arp. Both animations feature a voice-over of her writings on her creative philosophy and practice.
The challenge with this project was remaining true to her original works while bringing them to life. The development of the animations focused more on the transitions and sequencing of her pieces to match the provided voice over. Below are some developmental style frames that we explored prior to landing on our final pieces to focus on.
